This electronics course introduces fundamental semiconductor terminology, with a focus on Metal Oxide Semiconductor (MOS) technology. It explores the various types of Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors (MOSFETs) and breaks down the different segments of an Integrated Circuit (IC). The course also highlights the concept of nodes, showcasing innovations in each IC segment and detailing the characteristics of various devices made possible by the continuous advancements in the semiconductor industry.
